Lisa Rueth holds a Masters of Social Change from Starr King and is working towards an Masters of Divinity degree, seeking Interfaith Ordination from Starr King’s partner school, the Chaplaincy Institute. Lisa is currently a Leadership and Organizational Development Consultant, working at the intersection of Organizational Development, Leadership and Social Change in the form of Leadership Development that understands power, equity, complexity and leads with grace through increasing uncertainty. Lisa answered the call to Interfaith Ministry and Spiritual Direction in 2016 not as a career change, but to augment her career working with complex systems, coaching people on their soul’s purpose and recognizing the sacred role of leadership in these interconnected times of great consequence. Lisa is an Art of Hosting and Design Thinking facilitator and author, currently finishing a book about leadership in times of imminent transitions such as climate crisis. Lisa lives in Austin, Texas and spends her free time hiking, sailing and being in the proximity of tall trees, big mountains and deep oceans.
