Daniel Moceri, M.Div, is a fourth year Ph.D student in the GTU Interdisciplinary Studies department. His work focuses on the intersection between Religion, Psychology, and Culture, with an emphasis on championing marginalized worldviews and experiences. He is the Chief Editor of the Berkeley Journal of Religion and Theology, and has been involved in leadership of the GTU Working Group in Practical Theology. He is very grateful for the Newhall Award, which will enable him to teach a graduate class on Psychology and Meditation, a research interest and topic of personal passion.
