Our M.Div. intern supervisors, who lead Unitarian Universalist churches, generously welcome our students into their congregations for nine months. During that time, students learn by direct experience and daily practice how to lead worship, initiate projects, work in teams and manage the wide variety of responsibilities that come with ministering to a church community.
Our MASC intern supervisors are leaders and organizers in community groups, schools, spiritual communities, and other venues who generously offer their time and guidance.
The student intern minister placement program is supervised by Rev. Tera Klein, Visiting Assistant Professor of the Practice of Congregational Life at Starr King. If your congregation has an internship opportunity, or if you are a student seeking an internship position, please contact Rev. Klein at tklein@sksm.edu. Students enrolled in the M.A.S.C. program seeking an internship should contact Dr. Gabriella Lettini at glettini@sksm.edu.
