Richael Faithful (they/them) is a multi-religious conjure practitioner influenced by other African diasporic spiritualities, humanism, radical dharma, and liberation theologies. Faithful maintains a long-time healing justice consultancy for social justice organizations and progressive religious institutions, and they also serve as a community folk healer, known as a “street shaman,” for over a decade. They hold certifications in somatic trauma therapy, death doulaship, and cooperative leadership, as well as a B.A. in interdisciplinary studies and J.D. in public interest law (licensed to practice in DC and VA). Faithful is scheduled to graduate from Starr King with a chaplaincy concentration in spring 2026. They live in Washington D.C. with their beloved wife and pitbull.
