The Rev. Dr. Blake serves as pastor of the Church for the Fellowship of All Peoples in San Francisco, the nation's first interracial, interfaith congregation. He has served as Vice President for Community Learning at the University of Creation Spirituality and is the founding co-director of the University of Southern California Doctor of Ministry program. He's also the former director of the Graduate Theological Union's Center for Urban Black Studies and a former University of Alabama professor, with experience in field ministry and interfaith, justice and peace work.

The Rev. Dr. Sammons is a veteran of 42 years in parish ministry and mentored dozens of ministerial interns during that time. Sammons has served as a Graduate Theological Union and Starr King School trustee, a UUA Commission on Appraisal chair, a UUMA Good Offices representative, as president of the Interfaith Council of Contra Costa County and as a Starr King associate faculty member.
