Course Proposals 2012-2015

The Curriculum Committee at Starr King School for the Ministry is now accepting course applications for its 2012-2013, 2013-2014, and 2014-2015 course offerings. If you are interested in submitting a course proposal, please see the complete announcement for course proposals 2012-2015. You will need to fill out and submit a Course Proposal Form (MS Word version or pdf version), as explained in the announcement.

Online Course Registration
Anyone can apply to take Starr King’s online courses. We welcome current degree-seeking students as well as those who are simply interested in the content of a particular class. If you are in the latter category and decide down the road to seek a degree, you can, in most cases, apply the online credits you earn toward your seminary degree. (See the Admissions FAQ for details about applying online credits to a degree.)

Occasionally, courses are cancelled due to insufficient enrollment or other circumstances. Cancellations are noted, as they occur, in these course lists.

Starr King core faculty, associate faculty and graduate students teach our courses.

Students enrolled in a degree program at Starr King School (or any other Graduate Theological Union school) should follow the registration processes outlined by their school’s registrar.  Starr King’s processes are listed in the Starr King Student Handbook (password required to view).

To register for a course if you are not in a degree program at Starr King or the GTU, please see How to Register for a Starr King Course.
