We warmly invite you to join in two lectures given by our esteemed Provost, Professor Dr. Ibrahim Farajaje, happening this weekend.  The following are the details: 

Saturday, September 13 : Museum of African Diaspora

Dr. Farajajé will be the featured speaker for the Museum of African Diaspora lecture series, “Scholarly Voices:  Across the African Diaspora.”  Professor Farajajé will be speaking on the topic of “Islam, Sexuality, HIV: African American Queer Muslims.”

Sunday, September 14 : First Unitarian Church of Berkeley

Dr. Farajajé is scheduled to speak at the UUCB Personal Theology Seminar. His talk will be in the Fireside Room at the First Unitarian Church of Berkeley. The title of his seminar is “The Sufi Path: Beauty in the Service of Healing the World.”
